Mediation:

You need assistance to assess options on parenting, division of assets and debts, or support – guidance is needed to determine a resolution prior to finalizing an agreement.

*Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) / Family Resolution Process Support . Under Alberta’s Family Focused Protocol (effective January 2, 2026), many family law matters require completion of a court-recognized ADR process before an application can be filed. We provide ADR and mediation services designed to meet these requirements and help you resolve issues without litigation.

Divorce Services:

You and your spouse agree to file and sign the divorce and have already resolved all matters.

You want to file for divorce without your spouse’s involvement — whether they are uncooperative, unwilling to participate, or cannot be located.

One spouse has been in Alberta for the last 12 months, and the other is in a different Country.

Agreements:

You and your spouse/partner are separating and need a legally binding agreement to finalize terms related to parenting, child or spousal support, and settle property, pensions, assets, debts, or buy-outs.

If you are planning on living together, or getting married, you and your partner can enter into a binding agreement that protects each party's assets and sets out what happens in case of separation.
